Improve Your Chest Flexibility With This!

Many of us spend the majority of our days sitting at our desks or in the classroom. Let’s be real, it’s very difficult to keep our shoulder from falling forward into a rounded position all day long! So our tissues in the front of our shoulders and chest become short and tight because of the passive position they are kept in all the time!

Then we try to be healthy and strong by going to the gym to lift heavy weights and our shoulders can’t open up properly, leaving our rotator cuff, biceps tendons, pec tendons, labrum, and other structures in the front of our shoulder at risk for getting pinched all day long. Ouch!

Luckily there are exercises that help combat this prolonged forward shoulder position.

Floor Angels are an excellent way to open up the front of your shoulders and chest and start to lengthen/relax those tight tissues keeping your shoulders forward.

Try this out!
